Website Development, Design & Hosting Rates

WEBSITE WORK (Design / Development / Graphics)

BILLING

Clients that host @ The BarnYard
$48.00 per hour for any work I do on your website (graphics, coding, updates, backups, modifications, edits, SEO, etc.). This equals out to 80 cents per minute, and I bill by the minute for actual time spent working on your website.

Work will be done when requested and made live when completed. An invoice will be sent out on that months billing cycle and due within 30 days of invoice date.

Clients that do NOT host @ The BarnYard
$54.00 per hour for any work I do on your website (graphics, coding, updates, backups, modifications, edits, SEO, etc.). This equals out to 90 cents per minute, and I bill by the minute for actual time spent working on your website.

Clients will need to send work requests so I can send back an estimate, at which time payment will need to be made in full before work will be done (especially for WordPress websites).

WEBSITE HOSTING & DOMAIN NAMES

Website hosting is the service of ‘leasing’ space on a server to allow your website’s files to be viewed via a domain name (or URL) on the internet.

Super Economy HTML Website Hosting
$54.00 a year for the smallest of websites ( up to 40mb of storage, no ftp access, no email).

HTML Website Hosting
$84.00 a year for the average small – medium size website (up to 250mb of storage, one database, one FTP account, cPanel access, and 4 email addresses).

Dynamic Hosting
$138.00 a year for websites with ‘dynamic’ functionality (1gb of storage, 2 databases, ftp access, cPanel access, and 10 emails addresses).

Domain Name Management
The pricing for this is the renewal rate at GoDaddy, I simply manage your domain (my business name will be listed on the technical and billing information while your name will be under owner information). When I manage your domain you will receive 1 invoice for your website’s domain and hosting renewal from me.

BILLING

If your domain is managed @ The BarnYard your first billing cycle for hosting will be pro-rated so your hosting and domain name billing will come due at the same time.

Invoices for domains and / or hosting will be sent approximately 30 days prior to their expiration date. If payment is not received by your expiration date your domain name and hosting will not be renewed, no exception.

REFUNDS

There will be no refunds for website development or graphics work done. There will be no refunds on domain name purchases or renewals.

Refunds on website hosting will be given as a pro-rated amount minus one month for administrative fee. Any time used to create a current .zip version of the website for the client upon leaving The BarnYard will be subtracted from the final refund.
